• Scrap fabric
• Measuring tape
• Sewing machine (if so desired)
• Needle and thread (if so desired)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Measure around your wrist to estimate circumference

Measure your arm up to where you want it to reach

Cut a square with the width of your wrist and the length of your arm, plus slack due to sewing in edges

Sew in the edges of the top and bottom

Turn inside out and sew down the seam

Turn inside out and BAM arm warmers :)
